Hemp Pesto Pasta

1. 500g of Home Made Hemp Pasta
2. 2 cups basil leaves
3. 2 parsley
4. 1/2 cup Cannaroo Organic Hemp Seeds
5. 3 garlic cloves
6. 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
7. 1/2 cup Cannaroo Organic Hemp Seed Oil
8. 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
9. 3/4 grated parmesan cheese

1. Boil water in a large pot to cook homemade hemp pasta
2. In a food processor, add basil, parsley, Cannaroo Organic Hemp Seeds, garlic, salt, and pepper and pulse it together.
3. With the processor running, add Cannaroo Organic Hemp Seed Oil and vinegar in a steady stream until smooth.
4. Take it out into a bowl and add parmesan.
5. Cook pasta quickly - fresh homemade pasta takes less than 5 minutes to be ready
6. Drain pasta and add pesto.
7. Serve it warm with some fresh basil leaves to garnish.
